I diced up a half onion and 2 cloves of garlic and sautéed them in olive oil. I browned ground chicken. I added half a diced red bell pepper. I added a 3 oz. log of herbed goat cheese. I boiled Gemelli pasta. I tossed it all together with half a cup of the pasta water to loosen up the sauce a bit.
I charred some green beans in olive oil, salt pepper and served them along side my pasta.
