Lauren's Birthday Breakfast

I asked Lauren what she wanted for her birthday breakfast, knowing perfectly well bacon would be involved! She wanted bacon waffles. So I cooked up some bacon & added it straight to the waffle batter. Then cooked up the rest of the package to have on the side. Served with real maple syrup and coffee from the coffee bean and tea leaf (Costco carries their whole beans!) it was a treat!
