Bean Dip & Scoops

I had every intention of broiling some talapia, steaming some haricot vert & making jalapeño cous cous. But the can of refried beans was calling out to me when I opened the pantry. So I made bean dip with shredded cheese, refried beans, and chalula hot sauce. And ate it with scoops. Lazy, but I hadn't finished my Mexican food craving. I suppose.
