Thanksgiving Casserole

I layered up some of the Thanksgiving leftovers (stuffing, turkey, roasted veggies, green bean casserole and mashed potatoes) into a quick casserole dish for lunch tomorrow and ate a small portion of it today with some sweet potatoes that I rebroiled with a few (haha) more marshmallows.

I was working late for a system upgrade and had a piece of pumpkin pie while I waited for the team to proceed.
