Ravioli & Mushroom Sauce

Continuing meat free Monday, I made a quick sauce... I sautéed onions and garlic in olive oil, added mushrooms, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar to make a saucy reduction. Added black pepper and a small can of tomato sauce. Boiled some water for frozen cheese ravioli. And steamed some haricot vert then sauté it with finely sliced onions, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper for a side dish.
