Clarke's Standard
I joined Dan for lunch, today. As he took over the foursquare mayorship of Clarke's standard, I was trying it for the first time.
I had Dan's first suggestion, the Brooklyn Au Poivre, plus fries (with 3 dipping sauces-- spiced ketchup, tangy mayo and root beer BBQ sauce) plus a Dr. Pepper.
