We went to the grocery store to pick up things for fish tacos and the green tea cakes with white chocolate mousse filling and white chocolate ganache that I needed to make.
He marinated the fish while I started the mousse. We baked rather than grilled today. Had guacamole proper rather than out typical guacamole salad. And when we got tired of tortillas we "topped a triscuit" like the commercials say.
Fish, talapia to be exact, guacamole, sour cream, Mexican blend cheese, halved grape tomatoes, jalapeño slices, fresh squeezed limes, and salsa.
Amazing as always.
