Too Anisey

Another trip to Obao... Pho Bo with beef balls. I am always overwhelmed by the amount of anise. Without fail the one that they serve me is so anisey! Today I had the forethought to switch with Scott when his broth seemed to have less anise.

Also had a sweet and sour shrimp appetizer (they always serve a small appetizer with lunch, gratis). And a Thai iced tea.
