Lumpia!

Courtney was telling a friend about my uncle's restaurant & his amazing cooking. She was explaining lumpia and how delicious it is. I mentioned I had some in the freezer so for dinner I fried some up, both pork shanghai and some veggie, then made some fried rice. Filipino dinner to follow up Irish food. Random day.
