I went to the grocery store to grab some stuff for lunch tomorrow and couldn't decide what I wanted to make for dinner. Putting away the groceries I saw the carton of eggs, the tub of salsa and the shredded cheese... Decided on a quick scramble. Fast, cheap, and good!
