Goat Cheese 1

I had a warm goat cheese salad for lunch today. Decided on a meat free Monday. 

I joined SB at stagshead to debrief about our weekends... He moved, I didn't do so much. 

It was a pretty salad and quite delish. Spinach tossed with red onions, Craisins and walnuts framed with apple slices, tomato chunks and breaded goat cheese rings.
