Quick recipe on the fly. A large clove of garlic minced, sautéed in a mix of butter and olive oil. I added sliced mushrooms, most of a can of crushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, worchestshire sauce, honey, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Sautéed it all together while boiling up some Gemelli to al dente.
Combined the mostly drained pasta into the sauce and topped with goat cheese crumbes.
I am excited to have more for lunch tomorrow!
