Goat Cheese Pasta Sauce

I had some ground beef left over from last night's burgers, so I made a quick sautéed sauce of the ground beef (which was preseasoned as a burger with Italian seasoning, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper). I browned it all nicely and deglazed the pan with some balsamic vinegar. Chopped a few plum tomatoes and added a few ounces of goat cheese. 

I boiled up some Gemelli pasta and added some of the pasta water to the sauce. 

Mixed it all together and topped it with some grated Romano cheese.

Terrific for a quick meal.
