Salmon Dinner

I thawed some once frozen salmon then pan roasted it. Seared a nice crust on the stove top after a quick marination in olive oil, a spice rub and dill. Finished in a very hot oven. Sides of toasted sesame edamame and mashed potatoes. A few (not all 6) of my half birthday cookies rounded out a delicious dinner.
