Adobo Fried Rice

When I couldn't finish last week's adobo, I froze a bit of it to make some fried rice when I had a late night at the office & needed to cook up something quickly. 

Tonight was perfect! I walked home and thawed the food while I went to the nail salon and was home to cook around 9:30. I reheated everything, fried it all together in the wok. And had a great dinner.
