Recreating Caspers

Trips to Walnut Creek to visit Lauren's grandparents always included at least one trip to Casper's Hot Dogs. 

On the anniversary of Lauren's surgery, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to have them at home. We'd get cheese dogs with ketchup, mustard on mine. I love to recreate them.
