Team Aquabats and I had lunch at Stagshead. Peristera ordered the Chicken Payard Salad, Vince said, "me too". I said, "make that four of the same, please", knowing Scott and I wanted it too.
Loads of chicken, arugula, cherry tomatoes and pecorino shaved on top. I didn't finish, but Scott finished for me.
