Overstuffed Quesadilla

I didn't eat much today... But that's typical on soup kitchen day. A few snacks along the way, like the carrot that didn't make it into the cuisinart, and testing the cheese out that was donated by Murray's cheese shop. But never a full meal.

For dinner I sautéed up some mushrooms and grape tomatoes with a bit of dill and garlic salt & made it into overstuffed quesadillas.
