Bacon Pancakes

I had made bacon pancakes seen on a food blog a few times over the last few years. They end up as long pancakes covering the whole slice of bacon. 

This morning I thought, the ratio of bacon to pancake may be better if I folded the bacon to make it fit into a normally shaped pancake.

Great experiment!
