Fish Swap

A very similar dinner to what I had earlier in the week... I just swapped out the salmon for tilapia.

I just thawed a piece and pan fried it without any oil. Just salt, pepper and a glaze made from mustard and Frank's red hot. Same sides, kicked up with a bit of hot sauce when I reheated the roasted Brussels sprouts and maple cinnamon sweet potatoes.

Then a brownie with two small scoops that remained in the tub of Neapolitan ice cream for dessert.
