Courses - Jonathan is back!

Dinners with Jonathan are my favorite because he indulges my love for courses. He brought shrimp cocktail, so we could have the first course while we cooked.

I didn't have a whole lot of veggies in the fridge, so I stir fried a yellow pepper, an onion, with some edamame. Added some lemon juice, fish sauce and sriracha to finish it up.  Then made a mustard, garlic and lemon sauce for tilapia. Served with brown rice.

For dessert, Jonathan picked up a half peach pie and some miniature ice creams. I chose to pair my pie with coconut macaroon ice cream.
