Chipotle Ranch Salad

Finishing up my chopped salad from the other night with the chipotle ranch, shredded white cheddar and tortilla strips that came with it. After a late lunch a nice salad hit the spot. Plus a carrot cake cupcake from an impromptu pop into Magnolia.
