I made fresh French fries, though, they technically were baked. And baked up some parnaked whole wheat sourdough rolls. Then sautéed the chicken in some BBQ sauce, doctored it up with a jalapeño and some horseradish mustard. And made sliders with apple slices and Swiss cheese.
For dessert, I baked off the rest of the apple salad that we served at the soup kitchen with some steel cut oats and walnuts sprinkled on top.
