Chili Potato

The team had a great debate about whether or not to go out to lunch. Since I had both leftover chili and more leftover Filipino food, I was a proponent of eating in the office.

The rest went to grab soup at hale & hearty and I warmed up my baked potato topped with chili. I sat waiting patiently in the break room for their return and topped it with cheese and a dollop of sour when they arrived. 

It was a very satisfying meal, I'm happy I got back into making chili this season.
