Tonight we made stuffed peppers, with ground turkey, rice and veggies--including peppers, stuffing peppers with peppers... How meta.
I also repeated the parmesan baked tomatoes from brunch, but switched some of them up by adding shredded cheddar jack and balsamic vinegar.
First course, because we started cooking really late, was cheese dogs with horseradish mustard. Not really a first course, since I often have them as dinner but we split!
